Cron Expression Generator
Build a five-field cron expression from presets or fields, with a plain-language description of when it actually runs. Works with crontab and Vercel Cron.
Runs in your browser: input and output are never sent to the server, and the platform does not store your input.
Output
Fill in the fields on the left, then run.
How to use
- 1Pick a preset or fill in the five fields.
- 2Check that the description matches what you expect.
- 3Copy the expression into your scheduler.
FAQ
How many fields is this cron?
The standard five (minute, hour, day, month, weekday), which works with crontab, Vercel Cron and most CI schedulers.
How are weekdays written?
0 and 7 both mean Sunday, 1 to 6 are Monday through Saturday, and abbreviations like MON and TUE also work.
Does it support */5?
Yes. Steps, ranges and lists (for example 1-5 or 1,15) are all parsed and described.
