FAQ
Are the images uploaded?
No. Conversion uses the browser's Canvas API on your own device; the platform never receives the image.
How much does WebP save?
Photos are typically 25–35% smaller than JPEG, and graphics save considerably more than PNG. The actual result is shown under each image.
Why is the output larger than the original?
A heavily compressed source can grow when re-encoded. Lowering the quality or setting a maximum width usually fixes it.
